The development is progressing well and the initial groundworks have been substantially completed. The main AstroTurf contractor (ISS) will be moving on site this week. Thanks to all who have contributed their time, money, labour, machines and materials to get us this far. We hope to have the AstroTurf stage of the overall development plan completed by the end of November.

In order to keep to our plan and to finish this part of the project we need to ensure we have the funds available to be able to meet the costs. We still have work to do on this. Thanks to all the businesses who have taken up the advertising offer that we have in place in regard to 5 year signage around the AstroTurf. Thanks also to those people who have supported our project and our volunteers as they have called to the houses in the community.

As has been previously indicated we will be publicly acknowledging all those who have contributed to making this project as successful as it is. It was decided that we will acknowledge all people who have contributed to the project by having a list put up on our website. At this stage we are drafting up the list and we would hope to have it up on the website by Monday the 15th October.
